A COMPLETE REJUVENATION OF THE BODY, MIND AND SPIRIT.
Bikram Yoga is a challenging series of 26 postures performed in a room heated to 104 degrees with 40% humidity. Each Bikram Yoga session is 90 minutes long. The postures, done in sequence, are designed to allow you to work deep into every organ, tissue, muscle, tendon, ligament and cell in your body. At the same time you are doing a 90 minute focused meditation. You leave class feeling refreshed, relaxed and energized.
Bikram Yoga is meant for both beginners and seasoned yogis.

With 27 classes each week and certified Bikram Yoga instructors, our friendly, comfortable and casual studio is a welcoming place for you to learn yoga, get started on a new health regime, or continue and improve your Bikram Yoga practice.
We rent cleaned mats ($2) and freshly laundered towels($1).
We sell Poland Spring water, Smart Water, and ZICO.
We also sell mats, mat bags, YogaRat skidless mats, Bikram Books.
We carry Yogabela & Shakti yoga clothing.
